1. Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid competitions and win prizes.

Participation is only available in jurisdictions where skill-based competitions are legally permitted. Players are responsible for understanding local laws.

Each player may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

2. Competition Rules

🏆 Daily Leaderboards

  • Each day represents a new competition starting and ending at midnight EST (New York)
  • Only your best score of the day counts toward leaderboard ranking
  • Leaderboards reset daily at midnight EST (New York)

🎯 Skill-Based Gameplay

  • RythmRush is a game of skill - success depends entirely on player ability
  • No random elements or chance determine outcomes
  • Scores are based on timing accuracy, rhythm consistency, and pattern recognition

💰 Prize Distribution

  • Prizes are awarded to the top 3 unique players each day
  • Each player can only win one prize per daily competition
  • Prize distribution: 1st place (50%), 2nd place (30%), 3rd place (20%)

3. Financial Terms

  • All entry fees are clearly displayed before payment
  • No hidden charges or unexpected fees
  • Prize pool amounts are updated in real-time and visible to all players

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for games completed under normal circumstances
  • Refunds may be issued for technical failures at our discretion
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension

4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Zero Tolerance for Cheating

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and account termination:

🚫 Automation & Bots

  • Using automated scripts or bots
  • Macro programs or auto-clickers
  • Any form of automation

🚫 Exploits & Manipulation

  • Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Network manipulation or timing exploits
  • Score submission tampering

🚫 Multiple Accounts

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Collusion between players
  • Prize pool manipulation

🚫 Technical Interference

  • Network latency manipulation
  • Timing system exploitation
  • Any technical cheating

5. Legal Compliance

Skill-Based Competition

RythmRush operates as a skill-based competition under applicable laws in the United States and Canada. Key legal distinctions:

  • Predictable outcomes based on skill
  • Players control all results
  • Practice improves performance

❌ No Gambling Elements

  • No random number generators
  • No hidden probabilities
  • No house advantage
  • No chance-based outcomes

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • RythmRush is a game of skill, not gambling
  • Your success depends entirely on your skill and ability
  • You understand and accept the 70/30 prize pool allocation
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws

6. Dispute Resolution & Support

Appeals Process

  • Score validation disputes must be submitted within 24 hours
  • Anti-cheat determinations can be appealed with supporting evidence
  • Technical issues affecting gameplay should be reported immediately

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RythmRush and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the game.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the competition.
